The presentation includes a screening of TEEN TRUTH: DRUGS and an interactive presentation delivered by a trained motivational speaker. After purchasing a presentation, the school will also receive a copy of the TEEN TRUTH: DRUGS film and 35-page handbook that includes pre-tests, post-tests and exercises that can be utilized before and after viewing the presentation. The presentation was created for students in grades 6th thru 12th. The presentation ranges in length from 60 to 75 minutes depending on the client’s needs. TEEN TRUTH LIVE has reached audiences ranging from 45 to 1200 people. The client should decide what size is appropriate for their needs. We feel 200 – 600 students are ideal sizes. You will need a screen, LCD projector, DVD Player with remote, microphone and an ample sound system. Computer speakers on a cart do not count. The presentation provides students with a critical understanding of drug and alcohol abuse, raises an awareness of the consequences associated with such abuse, and teaches students to think about how their choices can affect campus and community wide change. Ultimately, TEEN TRUTH LIVE: DRUGS & ALCOHOL challenges the audience to have a positive impact on others everyday, in order to create a safer, happier, healthier school environment. The presentation price is currently $1,500 USD. The cost includes one day of presentations (maximum of three per school day), a copy of TEEN TRUTH: DRUGS and a 35-page workbook/curriculum created for the film by psychologists. The film and curriculum are distributed by Human Relations Media, a leading distributor of educational videos. Some locations may require modest travel and lodging fees. It is our hope that our price is below market value when compared to competing nationwide programs. We often run promotions on our web site page and through our email mailing list. We also allow smaller schools to partner up with a sister school on the same day. Additional costs for the second school can be anywhere from $150 to $500 depending on the situation. If you are able to help us book multiple schools in your district we can possibly discount your rate or travel costs. Each school and location is different, but we want to work with you to make this happen. This issue is too important for money to be the reason to not host TEEN TRUTH LIVE.
